Meet Thea, Marketing Coordinator

Get to know Thea, Hawkland’s new Marketing Coordinator!

With Annabel leaving Hawkland to embark on her travels, Thea has now stepped into the role of Marketing Coordinator.

Thea recently graduated from the University of Bristol with an integrated master’s degree in Management with Innovation. During her studies, she chose several marketing-focused modules, sparking a passion for the subject and igniting a strong desire to pursue a career in marketing after university. That journey has led her to where she is today!

Sustainability has long been a key interest for Thea. Her passion for fashion led her to embrace second-hand clothing at a young age, allowing her to indulge in her love for style while keeping it eco-friendly.

Alongside her academic work, she also completed the Bristol Plus Award, which included a course in Sustainable Futures. This experience reinforced the importance of integrating sustainability into everyday life. When she discovered the Marketing Coordinator role at Hawkland, it was the perfect fit—combining her interest in sustainability with her passion for marketing.

Thea is already brainstorming new, creative ideas for Hawkland’s marketing strategies. Her responsibilities include scheduling social media posts, writing blogs, generating ad campaigns, and responding to emails, comments, and DMs.

As she continues to grow in her role, Thea is eager to expand her knowledge of sustainable design and construction, something she’s learning more about each week.

Outside of marketing, Thea is passionate about sports, especially volleyball and skiing. On weekends, she loves countryside walks and going out with friends. In the future, she hopes to travel and explore new places around the world.
